Waiting on a Friend

Where to start?  This caricature of the Rolling Stones has a little bit of everything.  The background of Stones' influences Robert Johnson, Son House and Muddy Waters was stenciled onto paper bricks glued to a wood base.  The Stones figures are paper sculpture with some of the paper pieces painted.  Finally, the background, originally many shades of blue, was digitally changed to black and white so the piece wouldn't be so busy.
